The License Act requires all licensees to complete 14 hours of Mandatory Continuing Education during each 2 year renewal period, it also requires those that wish to activate their inactive (in escrow) license to complete 14 hours of Continuing Education in the 2 years prior to submitting the re-activation application.
ALL LICENSES EXPIRE THE LAST DAY OF MAY 2020

Review of Basic Real Estate Concepts and Practice
This course will satisfy 7 hours of Continuing Education for all licensees and is REQUIRED for those whose license was issued after December 1st 2017. It will satisfy all licensee’s requirements for 3 hours of Rules and Regulations.

Anyone that would be performing or interested in performing a Broker Price Opinion must complete at least three hours of continuing education during the current or immediately preceding two-year license period in broker price opinion topics prescribed by the rules of the commission.
