SALESPERSON EXAM PREP COURSE:
The Salesperson Exam Prep Course is $100, including the book.
EXAM PREP COURSE WALK-INS:
It will cost and additional $20 for people who have not pre-paid and pre-registered.
Payment for the Exam Prep Course that is not received 4 weeks prior to the start of the course MUST BE CASH OR MONEY ORDER.

BROKER EXAM PREP COURSE:
The Exam Prep Course for Broker candidates consists of 4 sessions; 3 of the sessions are combined with the Salesperson candidates, as Broker candidates will be tested on the same basic concepts of ownership and License Law. The Broker candidates book will have an additional section with Broker specific information and questions; there will be an *additional session on this material for Broker candidates, generally during the day of the Thursday after the 3rd Wednesday evening session with the Salesperson candidates. The cost for the Broker Exam Prep is $120.00 and must be paid in full prior to the 1st day of the course. Those who wish to pay by check or credit card must do so at least 4 weeks prior to the start of the course.
Payment for the Exam Prep Course that is not received 4 weeks prior to the start of the course MUST BE CASH OR MONEY ORDER. We may have a Saturday Exam Prep Course; call the office for the schedule.
