REAL ESTATE INVESTMENT II
This is a great market for investors, especially those that want to move their money from the stock market. This course picks up from Investment I and will address financing and sources of mortgage loans for investment property as well as the impact of financing on cash flows. It will demonstrate the math involved in cash flow analysis projections and internal rates of return. Students will work through case studies and should bring a financial calculator.

BROKERAGE AND OFFICE MANAGEMENT
This course is a hands-on study of the operation and administration of a real estate business/office. It will involve discussion of new and innovative methods, and practices in the formation, management and operation of a real estate business/office. Required prerequisite for broker candidates.
