The following courses may be applied to the educational requirements for a Broker’s license AND will also satisfy the 2010-2012 CONTINUING EDUCATION requirements for all licensees whose license was issued prior to Dec. 1, 2009. It may also be used by those that have not taken their Continuing Education for the last renewal period as well for the hours needed to activate an inactive (in escrow) license.

This course is REQUIRED for all Broker candidates and will not be offered again until next fall
