The Scott-White Real Estate Institute was founded in October of 1982, and has been in operation continuously since that date. The salesperson pre-license courses are constantly being updated and the methods of presenting the material use a variety of instructional techniques, including Power Point presentations, Handouts with practice problems and highlighting in the text. Our Salesperson Pre-license Course instructors receive extensive and ongoing training to assure that they are giving the best detailed explanations to prepare the students for the State Licensing Exam. Our goal is to continue having MOST OF OUR STUDENTS PASS THE STATE EXAM THE FIRST TIME. Most of the Real Estate firms in the area recommend our school due to this fact as well as our commitment to real estate education only.
Over the years the Institute has sought to put active practitioners from different real estate related fields in the classroom as instructors for the specialized Broker Credit courses and Continuing Education courses. For example a Certified Appraiser is always used to teach any Appraising courses, experts in the field of Mortgage Finance, Construction, Public Records and Home Inspections for other specialized courses. In our ongoing effort to provide outstanding quality courses we are always looking for new material and dynamic instructors.
We at the Scott-White Real Estate Institute believe that the best “designation” to have is a Broker’s License. We recommend that new licensees begin taking their Broker Credit courses within 6 months of entering the business; to increase their knowledge and skills, to demonstrate their professionalism to their clients and customers and to be prepared for any business opportunities that may arise.
REAL ESTATE EDUCATION IS OUR BUSINESS AND YOUR SUCCESS IS OUR SUCCESS!
